Introduction
I offer various healing modalities that I have learnt, practiced and mastered over the years. When working together we may use one or many of these modalities. You might have a particular interest or curiosity in a modality. I may suggest a particular modality. During each session, we come together and allow the energy between us to flow and see what comes up, see what comes forward and see what unfolds.
This is an organic process where we work together, in collaboration, to co-create your new reality.

Reiki is an energetic healing technique with its roots in Japan. Warm and soothing energy flows through your body to create relaxation, reduce pain and support emotional well-being. Reiki has been used to improve symptoms related to emotional trauma, anxiety and depression. Studies have found Reiki has also supported individuals in healing from skin problems, headaches, colds, flus, fatigue and insomnia.

In Shamanism we understand that there is ordinary reality, what is visible, and non-ordinarily reality, what is invisible. By moving beyond ordinary reality (everyday thoughts, feelings, beliefs, behaviours and social norms), we can access innate wisdom and guidance. Shamanic Journeying is when you are in an altered state of consciousness that brings awareness to non-ordinary reality. What is experienced in non-ordinary reality is unique to you but it ultimately reconnects you to your personal power, helps you heal and helps maintain your well-being.

Theta Healing is a meditation technique and spiritual philosophy that uses the Theta brainwave. This modality is not specific to one religion but accepting of them all. The purpose of ThetaHealing is to get closer to the source of creation. It is a training method for your mind, body and spirit that allows you to clear limiting beliefs and mental blocks in order to live a fuller life.In ThetaHealing we explore a topic or area through guided inquiry and meditation. Through this process, we discover limiting beliefs held in your subconscious. These limiting beliefs and experiences are then released and replaced with positive ones. This brings balance and supports you in becoming all that you are.

Quantum Hypnosis is a powerful hypnosis method for exploring past lives and connecting to Higher Consciousness for healing. Through guided imagery, you enter an altered state and are shown past life information that is relevant to your current life circumstances. When we establish a connection to Higher Consciousness we are able to understand, make sense of and ask any questions you might have. We can receive healing for emotional pain and physical disease or illness.

One can think of Intention Setting as the process of discovering your inner compass and setting out in the direction your compass is pointing you towards. Integration begins after a psychedelic experience. It is the art of weaving new insights, emotions and attitudes from a psychedelic experience into your Self and your day-to-day life.

Yoga is a holistic approach to life and living.
The earliest references to Yoga were in the Vedas between 1000-500 BCE. Classical Yoga appears in the Upanishads and begins to influence Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism.
Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice with the aim to still the mind, practice non-attachment, gain insight and liberate oneself from pain and suffering.
It is through this practice that you experience Samadhi, which is a meditative state of consciousness. Yoga is an all encompassing system that includes philosophy, asanas, pranayama, meditation, chanting, Ayurveda and energy healing.

Meditation cultivates present moment awareness, deeper connection to Self, feelings of love for and from the divine and gives you an overall sense of calm and well being.
Traditional Indian meditation encompasses a variety of practices that have been developed and refined over thousands of years within the Indian subcontinent. Some prominent forms of traditional Indian meditation include, Vipassana, Yoga, Mantra, Japa and Bhakti Meditation. These various forms of meditation can be practiced by focusing on sensations in the body, breathing, sounds, with a mala, a mantra, an image or a word. Traditional forms of meditation also involve devotion and surrender to a spiritual figure. Practitioners focus on developing love and connection with the divine through prayer, chanting, and visualization.

Chakra balancing focuses on channeling energy into the seven Chakras through dialogue with the body, guided visualization and breathing practices.
What happens in our lives, past lives and lives of our ancestors is stored on a cellular level in our physical body and energetically in our subtle body. By developing an awareness of physical sensations in the body, meditating, breathing and moving we are able to activate Shakti. Shakti is the energy that moves through the subtle body to balance the Chakras.
Chakra Balancing leads to a release of emotions, beliefs and thoughts. Our physical body is left feeling relaxed and our subtle body is in its natural state of vibrancy.

Ayurveda is the science of self healing through diet, nutrition, lifestyle, meditation, postures, breathing exercises and herbs. Through healing the body, we heal the mind and spirit.
Dinacharya (daily routine) is a powerful Ayurvedic tool that improves your overall health. By creating a morning and evening routine, focusing on when and what you eat, sleep hygiene and movement we can ground and nurture the body and create clarity in our lives.
